Sahakrinpheap Microfinance Plc, also known as “Sahakrinpheap”, has a history from a non-governmental organization and started its financial services activities on August 1, 2011 with a permit from the Ministry of Interior No. 1128.សជណ on 27 July 2011 to provide microfinance services, and it’s officially licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia No. ម.ហ.51 on 07 May 2015 to provide more comprehensive financial services to improve the living standards of people in the community and to contribute to the overall socio-economic development.
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and overall strategy.
- Guide long-term planning and decision-making to achieve sustainable growth.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Product Development:
- Create and develop credit product policies and new credit procedures as well as various principles to ensure that all policies and procedures are well developed to protect the institution's risks and help protect customers.
- Create and develop credit document formats and other documents related to credit.
- Assist in market research, product development, and the implementation of innovative market ideas and new product development.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across departments.
- Ensure effective management of resources, budgets, and company performance.
- Establish operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Financial Oversight:
- Approve and monitor budgets, financial plans, and investments.
- Ensure financial health, profitability, and risk management.
- Report on financial performance to the board of directors.
- Stakeholder Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with the board, investors, partners, regulators, and clients.
- Act as the public face of the company in media, conferences, and industry forums.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.
- Foster a positive organizational culture aligned with company values.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and employee development strategies.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
